Jake Booth is the president and managing partner of Capstone Homes, a local homebuilding company based out of Lewes, Delaware, that has built over 1,000 new homes in Sussex County. He started his career in homebuilding in 2005 after graduating from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Jake has extensive experience in new home production, sales, and land acquisition. He is also active in numerous charitable organizations currently serving as a director on the Board of Contractors for a Cause and a member of the Sussex County Habitat for Humanity Property Acquisition Committee. Jake lives in Fenwick Island with his wife, Sara, and daughters, Elsie and Lainie.
