Jennifer Shivers is the customer service manager for the Cape May Lewes Ferry. In her role, Shivers is in charge of an 18-seat Call Center, as well as the Toll Booths and Ticket Counters in Lewes and Cape May. She works closely with the Marketing Team on special promos and social media as well as the Marine Department on departure schedules and special events.
Prior to joining the Cape May Lewes Ferry, Shivers served as the front desk manager at the El Coronado Resort in Wildwood Crest, NJ. Her responsibilities included guest relations, social media, and revenue management. Before that she was the reservations manager at Cape Resorts Group in Cape May, NJ. There she managed a Call Center for seven properties including the Chelsea in Atlantic City and Congress Hall Hotel in Cape May. Her responsibilities included scheduling, rate adjustments, third party bookings, and customer appeasement.
Shivers has served on various employee committees at the Cape May Lewes Ferry, including Employee Recognition. Shivers also holds a spot on the Board of Directors for the Delaware River and Bay Authority Employees Federal Credit Union.
